As a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), JCM Building Services will perform your Home Inspection to the rigid requirements of the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing.  We will notify you of any item that is noted.  We create easy to read, photo rich, computer generated inspection reports.  You will understand every item by the time we are finished.
